Description:
mPEG-Cyanur or mPEG-Cyanuric chloride is a linear monofunctional PEG reagent with a cyanur functional group.
Cyanur can be used for PEGylation of peptide, antibodies, and other amine-containing biomolecule or nanoparticle under mild basic conditions.
The N-terminal of proteins can be coupled to the cyanur.
Cyanuric chloride is also called 2,4,6-Trichloro-1,3,5-triazine, Trichlorotriazine, or Cyanuryl chloride, CAS number: 108-77-0.
